Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Coverage

  • We deliver to most serviceable PIN codes across India.
  • If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you regarding your order.

Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) available on eligible orders.
  • A small COD handling fee may apply at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can use the tracking details to monitor your shipment status.

Failed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to deliver due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incorrect phone number
  • Customer unavailable

the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged Package

If the package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse the package and contact us immediately with photos for assistance.
